Users accept, declare and undertake that by accepting the terms of membership on this website, they will comply with the relevant rules and regulations regarding the use of the EVEXL brand and logo. In the event that Users act contrary to the provisions of this provision, EVEXL may ask the User to rectify the situation or if it so desires may terminate the User's membership temporarily or permanently and apply for statutory compensation without prior notice to the User. All other rights of EVEXL not expressly granted herein are reserved.
