1. General view
EVEXL Group Company referred to as EVEXL "customer" or "you" means persons, companies and organizations that place orders using EVEXL. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before you start using this website or our mobile application. These Terms and Conditions govern the terms of your access to and use of the Website and (where applicable) the Mobile Application. This Website becomes available to you only if you agree to be bound by the terms of use set out below and by commencing your use of the Website and Mobile Application. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE WEBSITE. By accessing or beginning to use the Site, you agree to the Terms of Use.
All orders are subject to EVEXL's final approval for trading. EVEXL also reserves the right to refuse an order if the requested product or service is not available.

 
2. Membership
● To order from the website and mobile application (if required), you must be a member as a user. during recording.
● You must provide us with accurate, complete, and current registration information.
● You are responsible for the security of your username and password.
● The person who uses this information will be considered as a person authorized by you alone.
● EVEXL may, at its sole discretion, refuse to register a potential client for any reason or terminate the registration of an existing client.
● If there is a change to the information you have provided us, you must notify us immediately by website, email or telephone so that we can communicate with you more efficiently.
● If your account has not been used for 3 years for your own protection, we will assume that your account is no longer in use and deactivate your account, and all your accumulated points and electronic bill, if any, will be destroyed. In this case, you need to apply for a new account in order to be able to order from the website and (if necessary) from the mobile application.

4. Payment
- "Master Card" and "Visa" cards are accepted for website requests and mobile application requests (if required).
- Within the scope of credit card purchase security service (for example, "Visa" verification service or "Master Card" security code), our customers can enjoy safe shopping by using a special password and security code on their credit cards. However, credit cards used for shopping must be valid and in the same name as the customer.
- If any additional charges are required for delivery, this will be notified to you and submitted for your approval prior to completing the payment process.
- The prices of the products on the website and in the mobile application may differ from the prices of the same products in our physical stores. In this case, the current price will be the prices available on the Website and (if applicable) in the Mobile Application at the time of purchase.

5. Other terms (miscellaneous)
- As EVEXL we only provide services and products to the end consumer. If we believe that you have not purchased our products as an end consumer, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order.
- All elements of the Website and Mobile Application, including but not limited to design, content, text, photographs, sounds, music, artwork, images, graphics, HTML code and other code are used by EVEXL under license from a third party.
- If you download, copy, transmit, publish, store or otherwise use these intellectual property rights without the owner's consent, you may violate applicable laws and rights. In such event, you are liable to cover any other damages, including without limitation damages, court costs and attorneys' fees, incurred by EVEXL or third parties.
- The user cannot under any circumstances use, copy, reproduce, publish or download, the EVEXL trademark, logo, trade name information, content and elements listed in the above paragraph for his own activities without the written consent of EVEXL. The User shall not engage in any conduct or behavior that may infringe the copyright, trademark or other rights of EVEXL or create unfair competition, nor shall it engage in advertising activities in violation of the above-mentioned legislation.
- EVEXL does not endorse or recommend any person, organization, name, product or service referred to on the Website and Mobile Application.
The Website and (where applicable) the Mobile Application may contain content produced by third parties or links to other websites. EVEXL assumes no responsibility for the content or operation of any third party websites that are not under its direct control. EVEXL also reserves the right to remove uploaded links to another website without EVEXL's prior written consent.
- EVEXL will not be liable to you or anyone else for negligence, breach of contract, defamation or infringement of intellectual property rights, when:
1) Direct damage of any kind.
2) ANY INDIRECT OR DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS).
3) damage to any third party in connection with your use of the Website and Mobile Application.
We do not warrant that the information or materials on the Website and Mobile Applications are current or correct, or that any offered product or service is available. EVEXL may modify the materials appearing on the EVEXL Applications without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
- Considering that access to the website and mobile application is permitted, you must act in accordance with the following points otherwise you bear full responsibility for the damages that may occur. In the event of any infringement, EVEXL may suspend, delete or initiate legal action against the infringing accounts. This is when the following points are violated:
1) Not to commit or allow copyright infringement.
2) Not to use the Website or Mobile Application for any illegal, inappropriate, obscene, copyright infringing or defamatory purpose.
3) Not to damage the information or systems of the Website and Mobile Application and take all necessary steps to prevent this.
4) consent to EVEXL's investigation in connection with access to the Website and Mobile Application.

- Unauthorized use or reproduction of trademarks related to EVEXL will constitute a violation of EVEXL's rights.
- In the event of a breach of these terms and conditions, you will be personally liable for such breach both criminally and legally.
