• Credit card

• Shipping
Upon confirmation of the order, sending of the email, stock availability and payment of the price of the product, the product/s shall be delivered to the shipping company with whom we have contracted to deliver them to the address you specified.
After the amount including VAT for the products added to the shopping cart is approved by the customer, an order confirmation email is then sent to the customer before the orders are shipped. No shipment without order confirmation mail sent.

• Delivery
1. Your orders will be delivered to the consignment within 3-5 working days (Monday to Friday) after receiving bank payment confirmation. Depending on the distance from the delivery address to the shipment, the courier will deliver your order to you within 1-3 days.
2. The delivery times of special production products vary according to the time of manufacture. Information and delivery times for these products are indicated on the product pages.

4. All products you choose will be delivered to you by contracted shipping companies with shipping guarantee.

6. evexl.com is an online shopping site. It allows multiple users to make purchases at the same time. In rare cases, it is possible for consumers to purchase the same product and the product may be sold out of stock. In this case, if the product you have paid for online is not left in stock, there is a waiting period of not less than 4 (four) and not more than 30 (thirty) days. If the product cannot be delivered to the consumer between these dates, the payment made will be returned to him.

9. If the product packaging is damaged, the damaged package must not be received and reported to the shipping company official.
10. If the official of the delivery company believes that the package is not damaged, you have the right to open it and check the products that were delivered intact for testing and request the determination of the situation through a report. However, after you receive the package, it is considered that the delivery company has done its job correctly.
11. If the package is not accepted and the report is kept, you must inform us on the website as soon as possible with a copy of the report in your possession.
