2 . the topic
The subject of this agreement is to define the general terms of use, rules and legal responsibilities of the parties to evexl.com .

3. The rights and responsibilities of the parties
Information Security:

Compliance with laws and rules:
The Member agrees that while carrying out the membership actions, making use of the services provided within the scope of the EVEXL website and carrying out transactions related thereto, it will act in accordance with all the terms of this Agreement, the rules established by EVEXL and the provisions of the relevant applicable legislation, and that it understands, agrees and complies with all the terms and other rules published in this Membership Agreement and the EVEXL Website.

All claims against EVEXL will be forwarded to the Member. EVEXL reserves the right to appeal.
- The Member may not take any action that would disrupt the general operation of the EVEXL Website, disturb public order, or make it difficult or prevent third parties to use the EVEXL Website.

Responsibility for using the site:

Site Administration:
- The member agrees that the companies of the EVEXL group can change the terms of operation of the EVEXL website, stop the use, cancel the membership and notify the applicable terms through the communication channels without prior notice. 4. Intellectual property rights
- The member acknowledges that all elements of the site, including but not limited to the design, text, image, HTML language and other symbols of the EVEXL site, are used under a license right owned or obtained by EVEXL from a third party and may not use the trademark, logo and trade name information of EVEXL EVEXL under no circumstances or conditions even for reference and promotional activities without the written consent of EVEXL.

5. Fighting corruption and bribery
- The Member shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations and penalties relating to the prevention of bribery and the fight against corruption (“Anti-Bribery Laws”).
- He shall not engage in any activity, practice or behavior that would constitute a criminal offense under anti-bribery laws. The Member undertakes to comply with all rules and procedures required to comply with anti-bribery laws during the term of this Membership Agreement.

6. Urgent Circumstances (very Difficult)
In accordance with laws, regulations, directives and decisions made by competent authorities beyond the control of the contract parties (including but not limited to) the occurrence of fire, flood, earthquake, landslide, epidemic, war and large-scale violence, EVEXL is not responsible for late performance or not complete any of its obligations under this Membership Agreement. Nor shall the Member make any claim (compensation) to EVEXL in this case.

7. Transportation
- The Member may not transfer its rights and obligations under this Membership Agreement, in whole or in part, to any third party.
- EVEXL may transfer its rights and entitlements arising from this Agreement to the EVEXL group of companies without the prior permission of the Member.

8. Enforcement (completion)
From the moment the Member completes the registration process, he or she accepts the terms specified in this Agreement and this Agreement is deemed to have entered into force. EVEXL shall have the right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement by canceling the Membership in the event that the Member has violated any provision of this Agreement.

9. Changes
Any changes based on this Agreement will be made at EVEXL's discretion and will be unilaterally posted on the EVEXL website. Members are deemed to have accepted these changes by using the EVEXL website.

10. Interpretation of titles
The headings in the Agreement are intended for ease of reference and will not affect the interpretation of this Agreement.

11. Salad
The Buyer can submit his requests for complaints and objections to the Arbitral Tribunal or the Consumer Court for Consumer Problems in the place where the Consumer purchases the goods or services or where he resides.
The buyer may submit his claims regarding his complaints and objections to the arbitration committee for consumer issues or to the consumer court in the place where the consumer purchased the goods or services or where his place of residence is located.
